The Vibrating Lid Positioner is the equipment that will automatically position the lids on the bottles leaving them in the correct position and ready to be threaded or batched in the next phase of the operation.

The equipment has space to accommodate approximately 1 box of covers, to be placed by an operator. Made of stainless steel and carbon steel coated with special epoxy paint, it comes ready to work with a cover model.

The Automatic Positioner for this cover type works with the separation / positioning of the covers through a vibratory system until the correct positioning of the same in the path of the routing, where, through the drag system, the bottles will receive the same.
