Cup positioning system via suction cup ideal for food products, with caps for diameters greater than 50 mm.


Its electro-electronic system has independent panel and its command is totally independent for introduction in existing lines, the interaction with these will be through optical sensors generating digital signals for the command PLC.


The process takes place through a system of suction cups that removes the covers from their storage place, makes a movement of up to 180º and positions them under the jars already stopped and centralized with the system. The suction cup makes a light application of the caps on the bottles followed by a short vacuum that will release them, returning to the initial stage for a new cycle. All movement will be by linear and rotary pneumatic cylinders, controlled by solenoid valves and PLC.
