The Individual Tables Automatic feeders are manufactured for bottles from 1 to 20 liters rectangular format.

They have a system of automatic gates coordinated by sensors, pneumatic cylinders and PLCs that release one line of vials at a time. The operator must fill the table with the bottles aligned and with the mouths directed to one side only. As standard, each table has space for a bale of 1350 mm x 750 mm, but these dimensions can be adjusted according to your application.

 

This system has aluminum structure, adjustable feet and PVC accumulation track that will take the bottles to the entrance of the container, besides electrical components integrated to the filling system.
